A Healthy Breakfast

We have been learning about breakfast foods. We have looked at the nutritional information on the sides and backs of a variety of breakfast cereals and other foods. We found out that cereals shouldn't have more than 15 grams of sugar in a 100 gram serving. They shouldn't have more than 10 grams of fat, but they should have more than 5 grams of fibre. A serving of porridge, Weetbix or All Bran will give you enough energy for the morning to work and play, so that is the best breakfast cereal for us to eat every morning.
