Room 4 Paintings

This week, the children have been learning to draw backgrounds. We read a story from China, in which a dying king told his three sons to go out into the world and find the most beautiful thing and, depending on what they brought back, he would make one of the sons the new king. Ask your children what they each brought back.
They then thought about what they think is the most beautiful thing in the world. They draw it with a background then painted their pictures.
