at home for you. Have fun and I will see you on Monday!
I have just been reading Ruby's opinions on a range of topics that she set up on a Google Slide presentation
in her writing folder in her Drive. When you come back to school, we will set up an opinion board, using Ruby's
presentation as a starting point.
During these last 2 days of learning at home, please complete all the Studyladder tasks I have set for you,
so that you can move on when you come back. Those who aren't finished the tasks will need to do them
when they come back. Those of you who have been adding slides to your Reading Responses presentations
will be able to share what you found out with the rest of the class, and those of who who have been writing in
Storyathon will be able to share your writing with the class.
Tomorrow, we will be having a teacher-only-day so I mightn't be available to answer your emails.
Wednesday was the feast of Our Lady of Fatima. You can find out about her in your RE folder on Drive.
This morning, at school, we will join Bishop Steve at his Mass at 9am.
If you are unable to join us at the Mass, say a Hail Mary and offer it up in thanks to God that we are still safe.
Pray these prayers of petition with your bubble members
O Lord, grant us the grace to respect and care for Your creation.
Lord, hear our prayer.
O Lord, bless all of your creatures as a sign of Your wondrous love.
Lord, hear our prayer.
O Lord, help us to end the suffering of the poor and bring healing to all of your creation.
Lord, hear our prayer.
Say 1 x Our Father, 1 x Hail Mary and 1 x Glory Be.
into a routine again.

Exercise with Joe.

Read from Epic each day, and, in your Reading From Epic Google Slides, show a response each day - eg screenshot a picture and create a response slide.

Our own bubbles becoming one again.
Discuss the use of pattern and colour.
Get each student to cut out an oval shape and fill it with pattern using analogous colours (red/yellow/orange, blue/green/yellow, red/purple/blue). Patterns can represent cultural patterns, people in your bubble, feelings, activities etc. Fast finishers use the scrap paper to create small shapes for filling in the gaps.
Different groups can use different colours or students can work on different colours on different days.
Combine these together to create a collaborative piece of work by gluing them onto large circles cut out of card.
